Submitted By Webmaster on Tuesday, January 24, 2012
In Ottawa Ryan McAllister came in second overall!!!
He won the fastest skating event, and came in second in the puck handling.
He also did well in the passing and shooting competition.
He did very well over all.

Congratulations Ryan!!!

From October to December 2011, Canadian Tire and the NHL traveled the country to find the most skilled youth hockey players ages 7 to 12.

After being to 15 communities across the country and seeing approx. 2,500 kids competing,  Canadian Tire and the NHL announced the names of the finalists who will compete in the Canadian Tire NHL Junior Skills National Championship in Ottawa during the 2012 Tim Hortons NHL® All-Star Game weekend (January 28-29).

The players who will be competing at the Canadian Tire NHL Junior Skills National Championship represent every province across Canada.  We are very excited and proud to let you know that one of the finalists is a
London Junior Knight player on the Atom AAA team.  Ryan McAllister!

Ryan’s passion for the game and the skill set he has will serve him well as it has to his team and team mates.
His team and all the LJK supporters wish him success as he represents himself,
the LJK organization, and the City of London in Ottawa!

Good luck Ryan!!!
