Jeff Dunlop (JD) will be Sadly Missed
Submitted By Pauline McCallum on Wednesday, November 15, 2017
It is with great sadness that our organization announces the loss of our dear friend Jeff Dunlop.  “JD”, as he was affectionately known, served as a coach, convenor and tournament director within the Junior Knights family.  Jeff was a ‘fan’ of all our players, a ‘pillar’ to all our parents, and a ‘mentor’ to all our coaches.  Our entire Junior Knights family will miss his keen sense of humour and selfless dedication.  Jeff Dunlop made our entire organization a wonderful place for families, and their children, to enjoy the game of hockey.  We are indebted to him for his countless contributions and will most certainly miss the friendship he fostered, every hockey season, in all our arenas.

Beloved husband of Sheri for 20 years. Loving Dad of Carter Dunlop and Tory Dunlop. Cherished son of Jack and Sandy Dunlop. Much loved brother of Scott Dunlop (Joanna) and their children, Nate and Jacqueline. Dear son-in-law of Betty Hummer and Ray Cartier. Sadly missed by his close friend Tony Parrott. J.D. will be missed by his extended family, hockey and golfing friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of his Life will be held at WESTVIEW FUNERAL CHAPEL, 709 Wonderland Road North, London on Wednesday, November 1st, 2017 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Jeff are asked to consider the London Regional Cancer Program.
