2003 - London Junior Knights Green, London Junior Knights White, North Toronto, Orangeville, Whitby Wildcats, Humber Valley Sharks, Mississauga Terriers, Ted Reeve Thunder, Halton Hills Thunder, Caledon Hawks, West Mall Lightning ,Westhill Golden Hawks, Leaside Flames, North York Knights, St. Catherines Jr. Falcons and Toronto Royals.
