All teams play two games Friday - Games begin at 8:00 am
4 Games Guaranteed (10-15-15 Stop)
Teams will be offered a reduced fee for London Knights OHL Tickets
Tournament Fee: $1800.00 CAD ($1,350.00 USD) — Deposit Requirement
Teams must submit a minimum deposit of 10% ($180.00) to confirm their interest in participating in the event. The remaining balance is required no later than July 31st.

REFUND POLICY
Teams withdrawing prior to July 31 will receive a full refund. Fees are not refundable for teams withdrawing after July 31, unless another team can take your place. In such cases, only the deposit will be retained. Should the tournament be cancelled due to COVID, all teams will be issued a complete refund of their fees.
Please note that the 4% credit card surcharge is not refundable.
REGISTRATION
To register you require a Tournkey account.
1) Click on registration link below and enter your email address.
If you do not have an account, it will ask you to create one.
2) Enter your password or click on forgot password.
3) Once you have entered the site click on your team name or create a new team.
4) Once you have created a team you can now click on Join tournament
5) Click Register Now on Tournament you wish to enter
Teams are required to submit a minimum deposit of 10%, amounting to $180.00, in order to confirm their intention to be considered for acceptance into the event.
The balance of all fees is due no later than July 31st.

HOTELS
We ask that all teams use TOURNKEY for their accommodation. Tournkey has pre-booked team blocks at numerous Hotels in London. They try to avoid booking in hotels which have been problems for Teams in the past and negotiate competitive rates. They are also aware of any issues with hotels such as Construction, Pool closures etc. They are committed to getting rooms for all teams.
Teams should plan on booking accommodations for Thursday evenings as games on the Fridays begin at 8:00 am. These rooms can be cancelled later if schedule allows teams to travel Friday morning.
We attempt to get schedules to team early so hotel cancellation dates can be met.
