
Why Doughty is the Kings’ King Clancy Memorial Trophy nominee

The NHL announced on Monday each club’s nominee for the
King Clancy Memorial Trophy, awarded annually “to the player who best exemplifies leadership qualities on and off the ice and has made a noteworthy humanitarian contribution in his community.”
The only King to have won the award was Dave Taylor in 1991.
This year they have nominated Drew Doughty!
