On behalf of the LJK Board of Directors we would like to thank our parents, players, and coaches for their commitment to our program this season.
Although it was not hockey as we know it, we believe it was a valuable outlet for our players to have some fun at the rink. We are hoping a return to normal this fall as all tryouts will be held at all levels in early September.
We are working hard behind the scenes to restart our tournaments and hockey as we know it.
The LJK would like to acknowledge board member Jennifer Waldren for all her work in terms of Covid rules and protocol to keep our players and families safe.
We also would like to thank our convenors for the exceptional job in these most difficult times and for being there for our coaches and parents.
We also like to recognize the players on our MM AAA and Midget AAA teams who in particular were effected by Covid and a normal hockey season and draft year.
We are continuing to look at ways of helping these teams extend the season for these deserving players if at all possible.
The LJK Board of Directors would like to wish all our LJK family a very safe and healthy summer, and thank you again for your co-operation and understanding this season.
