COVID-19 Update
Submitted By Webmaster on Tue 12 07, 21
The LJK Board of Directors is discussing a mandate for full vaccination for participants in our program under the age of 12.

This would of course be consistent with our participants over the age of 12 years old.

We are waiting direction from our governing bodies and until that time and at this point we strongly encourage eligible participants to get vaccinated.

We have seen several teams who are not vaccinated sidelined due to positive cases on the team or exposures to positive cases (both at school, home and hockey).

This cohort of youth need to wait 8 weeks between first and second dose.

For the safety of the player, their family, and the team, and teams they play, please sign up for the shot.

The more vaccinations given protect more of our players of our community and ultimately the continued health and growth of our hockey program.

When you do get your vaccinations remember to upload your certificate on our website.
The form can be found here
