Equipment Manager Position

To secure all LRHAI organization equipment, listed but not limited to sweaters, sweater bags, trainers kits at the end of each hockey season.

· To distribute all LRHAI organization equipment, listed but not limited to sweaters, sweater bags, socks, hockey pucks, trainers kits at the start of each season

· To distribute and secure all try out jerseys.

· Report to the Executive Assistant and Treasurer any damage that has been caused to our equipment as to be reflected in the team refund of their security deposit.

· To report to the Executive Assistant and Treasurer of any trainers kit that has not come back to the association with replaced contents, as to be reflected in the team refund of the security deposit.

· Arranges for any repairs of same, to be completed by Source for Sports, by assigning purchase orders

· With discretion, approve team/parent request for adjustments to sweaters for individual players, and assign purchase orders for Source for Sports for same, and for chargebacks to the individual teams where required.

· Confirm billings via purchase order number received for repairs at Source for Sports

· Maintain our storage room at WFSC.

· Be available to secure equipment on emergency basis during the hockey season.

· Represent as an agent for the LRHAI organization at arena and equipment advisors and negotiate the contracts for equipment for LRHAI.

· Present to the Board of Directors any proposal for the purchase of new equipment for approval.

· All equipment invoices shall be verified before submitted for payment by LRHAI.

· Represent as an agent for the LRHAI at the direction of the Vice President of Administration.

· Advise Head Coach of any inconsistencies with regards to equipment, on and off the ice.

· Responsible for the Resource Room maintenance, and if found to be not left after use as per LRHAI expectations, advise the Executive Assistant to charge the teams for clean up.

· Responsible for the drop off box and keys to this box, and list of who has access.

· Administer as per our Policy and Constitution.

· Back up the Administration Process when required
