In memory of Wendy Dufton
Submitted By Webmaster on Fri 01 03, 14
It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of Wendy Dufton, our longtime VP of Hockey Administration and loving wife of Chuck Dufton, our Midget AAA coach.

Our hearts and prayers are with Chuck and family at this most difficult time.

She was most recently awarded the volunteer of the year award at the recent OHF annual meetings, a testament to her years of volunteerism with minor hockey here in London with the LJK.

Without Wendy there would be no sweaters to put on, a registration taken, or a Midget AAA program of excellence like it is today.

We are indebted to Wendy’s contribution to our board and her leadership over the years within the LJK.

For those who knew her well, her pride did not come from hockey, but from her wonderful husband Chuck and her boys.

We will miss her so much...
