NOTE: THIS REGISTRATION PAGE IS FOR LJK U10-U16 TRYOUTS ONLY.  Withdrawals from TRYOUTS or request for changes for ANY reason will incur a $25 ADMIN FEE. Ensure that you are ELIGIBLE to TRYOUT for LJK, understand the requirements and are prepared to attend TRYOUTS for the posted dates BEFORE submitting your registration. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to the ADMIN FEE charge.


Late Registration starts April 10th at 11:59pm. After this date there will be a late registration fee of $25 applied to ALL registrations. The late fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Registration will close April 25th at 11:59pm. LJK reserves the right to CLOSE REGISTRATION COMPLETELY at any time without notice.


LJK is NO LONGER accepting NRP AA players. 


U10-U16 Tryout Dates

  1. Prep Phase - (4x1hr sessions) - THIS IS AN OPTIONAL ADDON TO TRYOUTS.

    2. Goalie Evaluation: April 21

U18 Tryouts are in the FALL. Check back here in the summer for details.


The PREP Phase is OPTIONAL and can only be added onto your tryout Registration. The Prep phase consists of 4 one hour sessions. It is an opportunity for your player to shake off the rust before tryouts begin. The PREP PHASE has LIMITED slots available. Players will be placed into a time slot based on when they register. We will not be able to accommodate requests for changes. YOU MAY BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST based on the time you register. FOR PREP TIMES AND TRYOUT TIMES FOR YOUR YOUTH - PLEASE REFER TO THE LJK AGE APPROPRIATE TEAM PAGE CALENDAR/NEWS SECTION CLOSER TO THE EVENT DATE.

Tryout Registration Form with Payment


This registration form and payment  must be completed to hold your spot. The LJK have enabled an online payment system through PayPal. You can pay via a personal PayPal account if you have one, or via major credit card as a guest on PayPal. Debit cards are not accepted through PayPal.  You will see that it says you can pay with a debit card, but this is not the same as a Canadian bank debit card.


The LJK will not be accepting personal cheques or cash. Payment via PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.


When you have completed this form by answering all questions, click Submit Form and your registration information will be saved in our database.


On the next page click 'Click Here to Pay Online' and you will be transferred to PayPal to complete the registration process by entering payment information.


To complete the registration process, you must complete the payment process.  


On the PayPal site, enter all required information, and when your payment information has been accepted, you will be transferred back to the LJK site.


PayPal will email you a receipt of payment, and we will also be notified that your payment was successful.


Please print out your PayPal receipt and bring it with you to the rink for your players first scheduled ice time.

* Kilworth, F1 and Out of Town U18AAA players are subject to an additional $150 fee. 

* Midget players who have not played previously with the London Junior Knights are subject to the full registration fee.

* The AAA upcharge fee is applicable for all players selected to a AAA team. This cost will be added to AAA players registration fees.

LJK Code of Conduct Acknowledgement 2024-25

PLAYER/PARENTS/GUARDIANS are required to abide by the LJK code of conduct during the LJK team tryouts and are required to continue to abide by the LJK code of conduct if they are selected for an LJK team. Please review the following.

LJK CODE OF CONDUCT PLAYER/PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Membership in the London Rep Hockey Inc., hereinafter called the London Junior Knights, is not a right, it is a privilege. Members must abide by the Constitution, Policies and Procedures and their behavior is expected to mirror the spirit of the Code. All members of the London Junior Knights shall respect other C.H.A., O.H.F., O.H.L., LONDON JR. A KNIGHTS, ALLIANCE, and LONDON JUNIOR KNIGHTS members, officials, parents, players, team officials, volunteers and Board of Directors. Any inappropriate conduct harassment or abuse (includes profanity) directed towards game or team officials, parents, players, volunteers or Board of Directors of the C.H.A., O.H.F., O.H.L., LONDON JR. A KNIGHTS, ALLIANCE, and LONDON JUNIOR KNIGHTS will not be tolerated. All members of the London Junior Knights shall respect the game of hockey and shall behave in a manner so as not to make a travesty of the game. Violation by any member of any provision of the Code of Conduct may result in an immediate and indefinite family (including player) suspension or expulsion from the London Junior Knights. In the event of an alleged violation of the Code of Conduct, the Discipline Committee shall be notified and a resolution attained as soon as practical. The Discipline Committee’s decision is final. 
Rowan’s Law Acknowledgement - 2024-2025

The Ontario Government has enacted Rowan’s Law (Concussion Safety), 2018, S.O. 2018, c. 1 (“Act”). Ontario Regulation 161/19, the Act requires all sport organizations as defined in the Regulation (“Sports Organization”), which includes the Ontario Hockey Federation (“OHF”), to have a Concussion Code of Conduct. This Concussion Code of Conduct must require participants, as set out in the Act, to review the Ontario Government’s issued Concussion Awareness Resources on an annual basis. A participant is subject to a Concussion Code of Conduct for each Sports Organization a participant registers with.
