Registration
UPDATE: Registration for the 2025 Drew Doughty LJK U10/U11 AAA Tournament is closed and the Tournament is full. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email [email protected].
Registration Procedure
To register you require a tournkey account.
- Click on registration link below and enter your email address. If you do not have an account, it will ask you to create one.
- Enter your password or click on forgot password.
- Once you have entered the site, click on your team name or create a new team.
- Once you have created a team, you can now click on join tournament.
- Click Register Now on the tournament you wish to enter.
- We require teams to pay a minimum 10% deposit to confirm your desire to be considered for acceptance. Deposit Cheques cannnot be postdated. Remaining fees will be due by July 31st. (Fees paid by Credit card are subject to a 4% non-refundable fee)
- Refund Policy: Teams cancelling for any reason prior to July 31st will receive a full refund. Teams cancelling after July 31st will forfeit their fees unless a replacement team is found. If a replacement team is found, the team cancelling will forfeit their deposit only. Teams will receive a full refund of all fees if tournament is cancelled due to COVID.
Credit card payments can be made online. If you would like to pay by cheque or E-transfer, click on pay later. E-tranfers can be sent to: [email protected]
Hotels
The London Junior Knights have an exclusive partnership with Tournkey for hotel bookings. We ask that all teams competing in the Drew Doughty LJK U10/U11 Tournament use Tournkey for their accommodation.
Tournkey has pre-booked team blocks at numerous hotels in London. They try to avoid booking in hotels which have been problems for teams in the past and negotiate competitive rates. They are also aware of any issues with hotels (construction, pool closures, etc.) and are committed to getting rooms for all teams.
Teams should plan on booking accommodations for Thursday evenings as games on the Fridays begin at 8:00 am. These rooms can be cancelled if schedule allows teams to travel Friday morning. We attempt to get the tournament schedule completed early so teams can meet the hotel cancellation date.
