LJK Coach Evaluation Forms
Hi Parents,
The LJK has asked us to communicate the the new coaching evaluation forms are now ready and available on the website. You can find it here:

They have asked that I hand these in as a team set. If you could fill yours out and seal it in an envelope, I will collect them. The submission date has not been communicated to me officially, but we will make a team deadline for the last game of the season (Feb 10th).
