Please be advised the location of the signing meeting is the Western Fair Board room. The room is located behind Guest Services. Advise the person at Guest Services (immediately on your right as you enter through the main doors) you are there for our meeting and they will direct you accordingly. Again, the meeting is from 6:30 to 7:00.
