The functionality of PEP was designed for constant repetitions of skating and executing puck skills of reaching over the PEP TRAINER and pulling the puck through the open lane all while executing evasive skating techniques. The functionality of the Multi positional stick was to create different angles and even smaller space to challenge the players to be creative with toe drags, over and under’s, while working both the weak and strong side of the player. Creating the right kind of functionality and resistance was important, so players would have to execute repetitions that require decision making ability, reactionary skills and small area navigation with the puck. The extensive on-ice circuits and unique skating patterns created are equally important to the resistance of the Patented PEP Trainers. Today PEP is the leader in small area training, Players from minor hockey to the pros, are implementing PEP to their program. The PEP training system is used by NHL/AHL players, teams from the QMJHL, OHL, NCAA and the U.S. National Team Development Program.

Adelaide Family Chiropractic
Positive Side Effects of Chiropractic Chiropractic is a great tool for helping people feel better, but there is also a great “side-effect”. Most people find that while they are under care their symptoms decrease, and they start feeling better in other ways. A few of the more frequently noticed changes include having more energy, sleeping better or experiencing better concentration. That is because chiropractic care helps ensure that the communication system that runs your body is at it’s best. It is about maximizing your health potential, by maintaining a fully-functioning nervous system and living a healthy lifestyle. Caring, Committed Chiropractors Dr. Rod Overton and Dr. Peter Fonti are committed to providing the best care possible for your individual needs. At Adelaide Family Chiropractic, we carefully evaluate each case to determine the best plan of action for helping you feel better and stay well. We understand that every person has different health goals and we strives to work with each individual to achieve their desired goals. During an initial consultation/assessment your Chiropractor will take the time to listen and perform a comprehensive evaluation to get the ‘full picture’ of what is going on: “We consider the physical, chemical and emotional aspects of all of our patients, as imbalance in these factors either alone or in combination, can lead to illness within an individual”. We also use a variety of chiropractic techniques and massage therapy to best address each patient’s needs. Helping You Make Informed Decisions We know that staying healthy can certainly be challenging in this day and age as we are bombarded by a barrage of information when it comes to health. That’s why we often educate about positive lifestyle choices such as proper nutrition, exercise, and stress reduction. By encouraging our practice members to take on an active role in their care outside of the office, we are able to maximize success on their road to optimal health. Take the first step towards relief by calling our London practice today and making an appointment to discuss your health goals. 1061 Adelaide St N, London, ON N5Y 5A2 (519) 858-9000
