The Movati Athletic story Our story begins in September 1997 with the establishment of our very first health club. Right from the very beginning, we knew we wanted to create a fitness experience that went beyond just working out. We wanted to create a place where real people felt at home. Where they would receive expert advice in a caring atmosphere and ultimately be able to push themselves to achieve things they never thought possible. What began as one club has now grown to 12, with more on the way. We continue to hire exceptional, caring people, adding to our family of Movati Athletic employees currently working hard to ensure you always feel welcome, comfortable and healthy. Our clubs are spacious, modern environments where no corner has been cut in our quest to offer our members the best facilities. We work so hard because we truly believe in what we do. The functionality of PEP was designed for constant repetitions of skating and executing puck skills of reaching over the PEP TRAINER and pulling the puck through the open lane all while executing evasive skating techniques. The functionality of the Multi positional stick was to create different angles and even smaller space to challenge the players to be creative with toe drags, over and under’s, while working both the weak and strong side of the player. Creating the right kind of functionality and resistance was important, so players would have to execute repetitions that require decision making ability, reactionary skills and small area navigation with the puck. The extensive on-ice circuits and unique skating patterns created are equally important to the resistance of the Patented PEP Trainers. Today PEP is the leader in small area training, Players from minor hockey to the pros, are implementing PEP to their program. The PEP training system is used by NHL/AHL players, teams from the QMJHL, OHL, NCAA and the U.S. National Team Development Program.×

Adventures on Wonderland

We are London's largest indoor playground and family entertainment facility. We specialize in amusing children 12 years old & under when they come and explore our exciting facility. Our main feature is a large Jungle Climber boasting a four level play structure with tunnels, ball bin, mazes and slides. One of the largest soft play structures in southwestern Ontario!! Within our facility we offer play areas for kids five years and under, complete with a train set, ball bin, interactive games, slides and a reading area. A play village with small houses & play cottages is a great setting for children to use their imaginations. The eye play area is an indoor playground that allows multiple players to interact with colourful graphics and sounds projected onto the floor. This interactive platform is fun for all ages to participate and explore. We have an arcade filled with skill and redemption games as well as an air hockey table to challenge your family and friends. We also feature an exciting Laser Tag Adventure arena for children & children at hear!. Adventures On Wonderland is open for drop-in play, group trips, birthday parties & all the Adventure you can handle!!!×

Since 1955 The International Bakery was started in 1955 by Pasquale Orsini (1919 – 2005), his son, Joe Orsini, has been president since 1990, and most recently the third generation, including Joe's son, Joe Jr., and son-in-law, Bruno, is slowly taking over the management of the family business. We are a wholesale bakery capable of accommodating any size order. Our customers range in size from the biggest grocery store chains to the smallest upscale restaurants in town. International Bakery breads can be found in many of the grocery store chains in London, Strathroy and Sarnia such as Food Basics, No Frills and Metro as well as our retail locations.×
