AG London is an Academy Soccer Club in London, Ontario that focuses on developing the talent in each and every one of its players. For our senior members, we provide showcasing to professional clubs, and assist our players in obtaining US and Canadian Scholarships. We are set apart from the rest by our steadfast commitment to developing players over teams, with a focus on development NOT winning! Although winning is fun and desirable, its not our main goal. NATURALLY DEVELOPING TALENT AG London has created a modern working methodology to develop, in a natural way, all the individual talent that each player possesses, to make it serve the group it belongs to. LEARNING TO GROW, TRAINING KIDS, DEVELOPING SKILLS AG London methodology addresses the fundamental aspects of technical, tactical and physical training, incorporating a psychological aspect of great importance for the correct individual’s personal development. SPORT AND LIFE LESSONS AG London aims to use sport as a tool for the transmission of the values that are implicit in the practice of any team sports, conscious that it carries enormous educational value for the individual in particular and society in general, in order to provide young athletes habits and patterns of conduct based on respect, tolerance and friendship. The functionality of PEP was designed for constant repetitions of skating and executing puck skills of reaching over the PEP TRAINER and pulling the puck through the open lane all while executing evasive skating techniques. The functionality of the Multi positional stick was to create different angles and even smaller space to challenge the players to be creative with toe drags, over and under’s, while working both the weak and strong side of the player. Creating the right kind of functionality and resistance was important, so players would have to execute repetitions that require decision making ability, reactionary skills and small area navigation with the puck. The extensive on-ice circuits and unique skating patterns created are equally important to the resistance of the Patented PEP Trainers. Today PEP is the leader in small area training, Players from minor hockey to the pros, are implementing PEP to their program. The PEP training system is used by NHL/AHL players, teams from the QMJHL, OHL, NCAA and the U.S. National Team Development Program.×
