We would like to thank all the players who tried out for the 2016-17 Minor Atom AA Junior Knights.  Everyone left it all on the ice tonight at the final Green-White exhibition game making the our choices very difficult.

All players who were not selected are to check in with the GLHA Jr Mustangs White (Bandits/West), Purple (Oakridge/North) or their home associations.

I have a range of experience dealing with weight loss clientele as well as toning and strengthening. I have had the opportunity working with a junior Mustangs football player as well as young and up coming hockey players. I focus on core strengthening as this is a very important key factor to have the body move and perform as needed. I also run classes 4 times a day 3 times a week, at different levels. I have instructed a pool class that is especially good for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and post surgery persons.
