Organization - U10 to U16 - 2023-24 TRYOUTS WILL BE HELD IN SPRING 2023
The Ontario Hockey Federation (OHF) has principally approved U10 to U16 player evaluations for the 2023-24 season to be conducted during the spring.
LJK Board has been a strong proponent and voice supporting spring tryouts and believes it is the best solution for our young players. In the period right after the end of the previous hockey season and playoffs, players are at their peak performance and ready for tryouts for the following season. Also, spring tryouts allow our youth to make a team in the spring and then pursue other interests in the summer without the worry of staying in “hockey shape” for fall tryouts.
The LJK Board is excited to be back offering Spring Tryouts to our U10-U16 members for the 2023-24 season..
The current Tryout dates for 2023-24 are;
U10-U16 AAA - April 24-30
U10-U16 AA - May 1-7
U18 AAA/AA tryouts will continue to be held in the fall.
