Great Weekend of Ex Games!
The coaches are super proud of how the kids played this weekend. Effort, Respect and Teamwork, our core values. It’s a great way to start the season, but none of this happens without parents getting the kids to practice, dry land training, and encouraging them to do their single-leg squats. I know practice times aren’t always easy to manage, so thank you for making it work.
