Hockey Fans In Training
Submitted By Webmaster on Saturday, March 30, 2019
In partnership with hockey teams, researchers at Western University are looking to improve the health of adult male hockey fans through a 12 week off-ice exercise and healthy lifestyle program. Hockey Fans In Training (Hockey FIT) is run by certified coaches, helping sports fans make the change from flab to fit.

Fans get the chance to improve their lifestyle, go behind the scenes at your team’s home rink, and visit the team dressing room. Who knows, you may bump into a player or two!
