The following Amendment to the LJK Constitution will be voted on at the AGM

Current Wording:
l) EXCEPTIONS
“Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, A Director who has been carded as a “Coach at Large” or “Trainer at Large” may. where circumstances require, temporarily assume the role and duties of a Coach, Manager, Trainer or other carded official with a Corporation team.”
Suggested Wording:
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, A Director who has been carded as a “Coach at Large” or “Trainer at Large” may. where circumstances require, temporarily assume the role and duties of a Coach, Manager, Trainer or other carded official with a Corporation team. With a Board of Directors unanimous vote, and clear advantages to the Board of Directors, a Board position may be filled by a carded official of our Corporation.
Comments:
From time to time an experienced Board Member, who brings to the Board of Directors a bounty of experience, and accreditation, and has the time to fill both roles. In order for the Board of Directors not to lose this experience, they may unanimously agree to allow them to be Carded Official, on one of our Corporation teams.
