U16 AA WHITE CHAMPIONS IN HALTON!
U16 AA WHITE ARE HALTON HILLS WINTER CLASSIC Champions!!
The U16AA WHITE Junior Knights took home the HALTON HILLS WINTER CLASSIC Championship trophy this past weekend!
The Knights
went 2-1-1 in the round robin and faced the Caledon Hawks in the Semi. In an epic battle, the Knights fought back to tie the game late in the third. When the game ended tied, it was on to a 5 minute 3on3 period. The OT solved nothing so it was on to a 3 shooter shootout where Jackson Belliveau and Carson Johnston scored, and Oliva Dapueto shut out the Hawks to send us to the finals!
Facing the North Bay trappers (who also won their semi in a shootout), the Knights got up 3-0 early, but North Bay battled back to make it 3-2. The team dug in, got one more, and locked it down to claim the Championship trophy!

So proud of our team and the resilience and sportsmanship they showed all weekend.
