Code of Conduct Forms
Parents,
Please don't forget to sign and submit to me your 'Code of Conduct' forms. The association is waiting on this for us to submit our roster and it takes 2 weeks! I will be submitting what I have tonight to the board as we can't risk not having a roster by the Peterborough tournament. If you don't have a scanner, just take a picture of it with your phone and text or email it too me PLEASE!!!! Jamie
