Fitness Testing and Game Roster for Saturday
Saturday begins with fitness testing at The Mount located at 435 Windermere Rd at 11am.
Hybrid Fitness
Later in the day Windsor is in town to play us in another exhibition game. The game begins at 7pm on the LCC pad at WFSC.
