Dr. Tyson Mailman Dr. Tyson Mailman grew up near Chester, Nova Scotia and decided to head west to pursue his post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science (B.M.Sc.) degree in Microbiology and Immunology with distinction. Continuing his education at Western, he completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2010. Dr. Mailman began his career practicing just outside of Peterborough, but decided that Southwestern Ontario was where his heart was. After practicing in Paris, Ontario for two years, Dr. Mailman opened Mailman Family Dental in Lambeth, followed by Byron Family Dental in Byron, where he hopes to enjoy a long and successful career. Dr. Mailman enjoys all areas of general dentistry, and is happy to treat everyone from toddlers to seniors. He performs all procedures with or without Nitrous Oxide sedation (laughing gas), and his quiet confidence, sense of humor and cool demeanour can comfort even the most anxious of patients. For Dr. Mailman, nothing is more satisfying than performing technically sound dentistry while giving his patient a comfortable experience. You will find thoroughness and honesty in his approach, and he is always willing to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Mailman is currently licenced with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) and is an active member of the Canadian and Ontario Dental Association, as well as the Academy of General Dentistry( AGD). He has attended dozens of continuing education courses and seminars and is constantly looking to expand upon his knowledge,perfect his clinical skills, and to keep up to date in the latest that modern dentistry has to offer you. He is an avid golfer and curler, and is a huge sports fan, particularly of the Blue Jays, Raptors, and Miami Dolphins. He also enjoys movies and reading. Currently Dr. Mailman resides in London with his wife Casondra, his baby daughter Reese, and their cat, Barb. ×
