If you are
interested in booking this room for an LJK team event, a team official must complete and submit the form listed on the LJK home page toolbar titled
Resource Room Booking. Your convenor
and the Executive Assistant will review the request and notify you to confirm the booking.
If available
it will be assigned to your team as an Event on your team calendar. Assignment depends on availability. Please give us at
least a days notice for the booking.
You can pick up
the key at Client Services at WFSC, you will need to leave your car keys, which
will be returned to you when you return the room key.
You must clean up the
room when you leave.
There is a garbage recycling container just
outside the door beside the window looking out to the ice surface.
