I have had the opportunity working with a junior Mustangs football player as well as young and up coming hockey players. I focus on core strengthening as this is a very important key factor to have the body move and perform as needed. I also run classes 4 times a day 3 times a week, at different levels. I have instructed a pool class that is especially good for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and post surgery persons.×
