Kawartha Lakes Tourney
Really looking forward to this weekend's Kawartha Lakes tourney.  It should be a great experience on & off the ice for the players & families.  Please arrive at least an hour before each game as we can always start early.  For those leaving Friday morning, make sure to account for Toronto's morning traffic.

"Please ask Parents to wait in the Lobby Area rather than hanging out in the Dressing Room hall ways as at some Arenas this space is very small. The only people to be in the Dressing Room Hallways are Coaching Staff or Tournament Staff only. Keys to the Dressing Rooms will be at the Convenor Tables and you must leave a Key to take a Key."

I have a range of experience dealing with weight loss clientele as well as toning and strengthening. I have had the opportunity working with a junior Mustangs football player as well as young and up coming hockey players. I focus on core strengthening as this is a very important key factor to have the body move and perform as needed. I also run classes 4 times a day 3 times a week, at different levels. I have instructed a pool class that is especially good for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and post surgery persons.
