I have a range of experience dealing with weight loss clientele as well as toning and strengthening. I have had the opportunity working with a junior Mustangs football player as well as young and up coming hockey players. I focus on core strengthening as this is a very important key factor to have the body move and perform as needed. I also run classes 4 times a day 3 times a week, at different levels. I have instructed a pool class that is especially good for Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and post surgery persons.×

Slow-Pitch City

When you enter the gates of Slo Pitch City you will drive into 70 acres of scenic woodland, encasing 8 ball diamonds and clubhouse. There is ample parking close to all facilities so you don’t have to walk very far. There are 8 professionally groomed ball diamonds, two with lights. A sport shop is located in the club house selling sports clothing. Slo Pitch City has approximately 115 ball teams playing through the week and tournaments each weekend both corporate and Ontario qualifiers. The clubhouse includes a restaurant serving a roadhouse menu and bar, 3 fireplaces and lots of seating for large functions. We include a patio sports bar inside and outside with lots of seating. Slo Pitch City is a family sports park which includes a games room and children’s playground. An outdoor BBQ operates each weekend serving hot dogs, hamburgers, shishkabob and sausage on a bun.×
