Building on his traditional European cabinet building skills and education, his hard work and dedication to quality and customer service, he was able to build up his company to today’s size with the 32,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility in London, Ontario. La Noisette is a delicious Bakery & Deli inspired by home cooking. Tabitha graduated from the culinary program at Fanshawe College and Dave graduated from the Cordon Bleu in Ottawa. We have both been in the industry as long as we've worked. With experience in the kitchen, as well as supervising and even managing large chain restaurants, we feel we have a lot of passion and hard work to share with the world. While Tabitha has a talent with cakes, detailed design and anything baked, Dave excels with the main staples, like meats, sandwiches and any entrées you could imagine. With little direction we both create using our skills and our hearts. We've both had opportunities to work with leaders in the industry; we've seen what we like and what we'd change, and now we're doing it our way. Drop in, give us a call or send us a quick e-mail. Kurt is so nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable! He's changed my tire, fixed a gas leak, solved a check engine light problem that no one else could, replaced my control arms, and more! Everything was always done right the first time. His prices are very reasonable, especially for such great service and expertise! The owner of the business is extremely knowledgeable. Whenever I drop off my vehicle I know they are going to fix my car. He will tell you if something can last for some time, or if there is no point of doing something. There is no bs he is very honest ×
