Knights bring home the title in Halton Hills

It was a busy weekend for the LJK U15 AA Green team as they participated in the Halton Hills Best of the Best tournament. With 10 teams competing in their division, the boys had to hit the ground running on Friday afternoon in order to set themselves up to play on Sunday.



With a high amount of determination and effort, the LJK showed the progress they’ve taken since the start of the season by putting it all together and picked up all 4 points on Friday. On Saturday, they tied their first game leaving them with 5 points, which was enough to move into the Semi’s on Sunday afternoon.

On Sunday, the team came out and showed their dedication to the systems, and more importantly, their teammates with everyone bringing their “A” game and ultimately securing their spot in the Finals. In the Championship game, the Knights played hard and fast, and earned a 2-0 victory over a tough opponent.

The coaching staff would like to congratulate each and every player for a strong showing this weekend. We are very proud of the work you put in,  the commitment level you have to the team, and look forward to continuing on this journey with you all.
