U13 AAA, U13 (Major Peewee), 2022-2023 (London Junior Knights)

The London Junior Knights U13 AAA team had an excellent regular season finishing second overall in the 12-team league. The team went 22-5-4 for 48 points. The team earned a first-round bye in playoffs and played the Elgin Middlesex Canucks in the second round. The series was a best to 6 points. The team won the series with a 2-1-2 record closing out the series in 5 games. The games were very competitive, and the talent level of both teams was on full display.  This earned the team an opportunity to play for an Alliance Championship March 30-April 2 hosted by Sun County. This past Sunday our LJK U13 AAA boys joined forces with the Hamilton Huskies AAA hockey team to collect canned goods for the London Food Bank.  These boys collected a lot of food to feed those in need over the Holidays. Thank you to both teams for such a successful food drive giving back to our community.

The U13 AAA London Junior Knights participated in the CCM Notre Dame Shootout showcase from December 8-11. 

I would like to thank all players who came out and gave it their all over the past four days. The decisions made were extremely difficult as this age group has amazing hockey talent!  If you were unsuccessful this year please don’t be discouraged. Continue to work hard!
